Beng 3 travelers, we prepaid through Expedia for the 2 bedroom, 3 bed family suite months in advance. Upon checking in, the hotel informed us that our room was taken and they’d be giving us a smaller room with just one bed even though we paid for the larger room with enough beds for everyone AND had a confirmed reservation. The hotel made no accommodations for us, would not issue a refund of any kind since we didn’t get the class of room we prepaid for, and in general were pretty bad. I would never stay at this hotel or its family of hotels again.

Perfect hotel for a family. Nice big room. The pool and rooftop area was beautiful. and the location is perfect. Close to everything you need.
