We love staying at Tropical Suites by MIJ! It is our go to hotel on the island when we bring our 9yo son. We get our own bedroom and he gets to sleep on a pull out sofa, which he loves!
The rooms are HUGE so there is lots of space for our luggage without it getting in your way.
Air conditioning works great!
Pool was nice for the kids after a long day at the beach.
Location us PERFECT!!!! Easily walkable to town square.
Cons:
Only thing i would want is somewhere to put a rental bike! They don't allow bikes past the front door. But having a little area for people to put a bike to lock up inside the property would be beneficial.
There is space to park a golf cart outside the front door which is nice.

Very good value for money, I would recommend this hotel for families as the big rooms are spacious and have all the amenities needed for a wonderful stay at Holbox.
The only downsides would be the breakfast menu, I guess it could be improve. Furthermore, be aware of you are travelling with elderly people as even though is very close to downtown the roads can get tricky and might cause discomfort.
Overall a wonderful stay! Thank you for your hospitality!
