Overview

Sayulinda Hotel is a cute and colourful hotel with nice, clean rooms and an excellent breakfast. Many guests praise the breathtaking pool and exemplary service provided by the staff. However, some guests have noted that the staff can be junior and may not always provide personalised service. Additionally, noise levels at night and potential construction noise from nearby sites are factors to consider.

Cute, colorful hotel. Nice clean rooms. Excellent breakfast. The staff was nice but definitely junior. Don’t expect them to greet you by name or check in on you. We were unable to enjoy any time at the hotel due to construction next door. The hotel seemed to have no idea this was scheduled.

I highly recommend you stay at this hotel. A Home away from home! This lovely place is inviting for all visotors. From families to singles and couples alike. You can tell they take great steps to meet a multi check cleaning list. Beautiful and simple interior design that wrap you in the Mexican culture. The pool is breathtaking! Hours by this pool are hours well spent. The staff from all departments provided exemplary service!

Really loud at night . Elevator was broken the first night so hard with the baby stroller. Breakfast is good, but not generous

This place doesn’t quite understand what hospitality is. If you’re idea of a great hotel is one that makes you wear a wrist band for your entire stay (yes, even at the beach you’ll have to wear a paper wrist band to get back in the hotel) and has an “exclusive” rooftop bar that can’t remember you one day to the next then this is your spot. To be fair the rooftop is ok, but if your friends want to hang they’ll have to pay a hefty price tag. The couple we were traveling with decided to bite the bullet and pay to come up fairly late in the afternoon. Mistake..By this point no one else was in the pool > my friend was barely in the water and floated over to look at the view before a bartender swooped over and, like some mother with an insolent child, told him he would need to get out. I came over to ask what was going on. Turns out he’d have to pay another 200 pesos to be in the water. Really? Ive paid 18,000 pesos to stay in your best suite, more to bring him up now, and you want to embarrass us in front of others over 200 more pesos? Went to talk to receptionist who sold us the pass and neglected to explain this condition of our pass. But far from apologetic was confrontational. I’ve never purchased the best suite in a hotel before, but I’d assumed that if you did it would afford you some understanding at least.. not here. Here they have no idea who you are, even when they do, they just don’t care. Don’t have the space to mention all the other odd interactions here
