Conrad Punta de Mita

Conrad Punta De Mita was a wonderful property for our week-long holiday trip that included two children under 10 years. The staff were exceptionally helpful and pleasant; the property was generally well kept, and the food was exceptional. The minor issues we faced were mainly: 1) the comfort-level and cleanliness of the pool lounge chairs (we spent most of our days here!), 2) the outrageously high prices of the food (though delicious, this was not included in your resort stay pricing!). Room service menu was limited and not good at all, which clearly was a sign they wanted us to spend more time in one of their 5 restaurants on property. We ate dinners in town at local restaurants which ranged from similarly outrageous pricing to moderate prices. Again, we enjoyed every meal and the delicious drinks served! 3) Transportation was a challenge for us getting downtown Punta Mita or airport transfer. Booking via the hotel was astronomical in pricing, which we had to do a number of times. For example, RT airport transport was $355USD...!! My advice is if staying here for longer than 3 days, rent a car as it will be more affordable even when hotel parking and rental costs are combined. Overall however, our stay at Conrad was outstanding and I would go back to this property in the future!

The service is superb at The Conrad. Anyone who you meet is happy to help and accomodate any requests . The property is beautiful and so well maintained. I was so impressed by its cleanliness! The rooms are clean and have everything you would need - Nespresso, bottled water, steam Iron. room Service was fast and so well presented. Every restaurant on this property is excellent ! We were so pleased to have so many vegetarian options. The hotel is incredibly family friendly- my kids never left the beach or slide in the kid pool! We would definitely return to this property again!

Great for kids!

We loved the hotel, it was beautiful! But what really makes this hotel stand out is the exceptional service. We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite with our family of 6 and could not have been happier with the accommodations. Alberto was our suite concierge and he was incredible! We also loved David who we were lucky enough to have as our cabana server every day! Both get huge shout outs from us, they were so amazing! We highly recommend this hotel and we can’t wait to go back!!

food poising water slide is great for kids the area around under constrtuons so cranes every where the beach st st regis much nicer staff was very nice,, concierge super helpful; I did want to leave a day earlier bcif the foos poising and the staff could care less only reason to come to this hotel is if u have a kid for water slide

Terrific location if you like the solitude. But surprisingly terrible and very expensive food along with a tendency to charge for everything, including still water, unclean bathrooms marred my family's stay here. To get anywhere, you have to take an Uber or taxi's that charge double or the hotel shuttle that charges triple.

The property is beautiful, safe and great for families. Staff is super friendly and will do anything to accommodate your needs.

We traveled here with our family (2 young kids) and it was absolutely perfect - the staff is wonderful and attentive, the property is large so even thought the hotel was full we never felt crowded, and the restaurants are lovely. The 3 pools are fabulous and it was luxurious for us, as adults/parents, and equally fun and great for kids. We will absolutely be staying here again! Best service I’ve ever had at a hotel.

Beautiful property with manicured grounds, beautiful wood tones, and glorious sunsets. Staff members plentiful and all incredibly friendly; someone has really done a good job hiring and training. Large pools with plenty of seating so doesn’t feel nearly as crowded as many resorts. Get the package with breakfast, which is terrific. Our teens liked the game room. Couple of nits like scarce drawer space in our room … manageable! Two of the restaurants were almost “too” fancy (relative to our tastes), but quick taxis to town provided plenty of variety. Eight thumbs up from our family👍

Property was beautiful, reason of my rating is the poor service. Service was very disappointing and it felt like each employee is doing a job of 3 , the staff was nice and I truly believe they are under staffed or not managed properly. Food / drinks at pool or beach took anywhere from 60-90 minutes most times. Any request to the room for basic things like additional towels or cleaning took hours sometimes even the next day And after numerous calls. Seems like staffing or management is to be blamed. The Resort it self is very nice. No Family / kids activities what so ever. Over all not worth the price for what you are getting.
