Stayed for 1 night while traveling through with my family. Check-in guy was nice and got our room in before check in (about 1 hour early). Suite was amazing! Clean!!!!! The view from balcony was poolside & beachside. Pool is noted as biggest pool in the city. Pool included barside & option included to pay upfront or charge room. Room included 2 beds. Stay included breakfast, it was outside so it was chilly. Food options were minimal. I did want to note that during checkin they are supposed to also provide you your pool towels. Check-in guy did not, so when I went to get them for our family, the female receptionist was very rude about giving towels even though we all had our bracelet on from check in (they remove ur bracelet at checkout). Then while going up the elevator after being in the pool, our key did not want to work (room key is also elevator key). The same female receptionist again was hesitant to assist and wanted proof of our stay, even though she gave me towels before my family went in the pool. Luckily another worker(possibly maintenance team) was walking by and stated he saw us during check in and he was the one who helped us with a new key. Overall stay was great, right off the beach and walking distance (about 2 blocks) to main streets where there is night clubs, restaurants, vendors.

This a nicely located hotel right on the beach. We enjoyed the fantastic ocean view from the room. We rented a one-bedroom junior suite with two queen beds on the 4th floor. It had an AC unit in the bedroom and in the living room. The grounds are very nice and well-kept. Service and food at the restaurant were good, and the included breakfast buffet had various Mexican foods and made-to-order eggs. The wait staff was polite and attentive. Comfort: As is common in many Mexican hotels, the beds were hard and not all that comfortable for someone from the US. The beds only had a white sheet covering them. There were no blankets available inside the room. The sofa and loveseat were concrete with foam cushions and also not very comfortable. Cleanliness/Condition: The room we stayed in appeared a bit older and a little worn, but the bathroom and bedroom were clean. I appreciated the large closet and dresser. The kitchen looked a little rough but was functional. The plastic patio furniture was great to have. Unfortunately, there was bird poop on our patio that housekeeping didn't take care of during their rounds. We didn't complain though and just kept away from it and wore shoes out there. The bedroom safe was locked open on our arrival, so we didn't bother with it, and instead locked our valuables in luggage with a small padlock. English speakers: Few of the staff we encountered were bilingual, so be prepared to use your Spanish skills (or a translation app.)
