DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Mexico City Santa Fe

1st of all, I arrived at the hotel at 1.30pm and the check in was at 3pm. I waited until 3pm and the room wasn't available until 3,15pm. The room was a junior suite and the toilet was leaking and the A/C wouldn't produce any heat. The maintenance guy was fantastic trying to address the issue but it was out of his hands. They switched me to a superior room after I requested it. The room they assigned me had exactly the same problems. A/C didn't work. Toilet leaking. I gave up. Breakfast: Asked for eggs with salsa. After 32 mintues no one had approached me and I just left. They did even noticed I left. Didn't sign any paper, no one asked. The hotel needs maintenance. The hallway to the bedrooms were dirty for the whole stay. It seems there is no manager and they are completely understaffed.
