My family Liked that it was convenient located in the heart of the city

We stayed here for 3 night. At our arrival the Front desk and personnel were very friendly. They welcomed us with drinks and snacks. The check-in process was very easy and fast. The breakfast buffet was good. 10/10 for all the ladies working there, they were amazing!!!!! They made us feel like home. We booked a tour, and the experience was phenomenal, everything was perfect. Shout out to our tour guy “RICARDO” 10/10 he was amazing, he took care of our family and made us feel safe at all times.

My family and I absolutely loved our stay at Hotel Catedral. The staff was incredibly friendly, the hotel and room were comfortable and clean, and the hotel could not have a better location for walking around the historical area of Mexico City. We even ate at the restaurant a few times, which I normally don't do. The free water bottles and guavas were a nice touch after a long day of sightseeing. I have nothing but positive things to say about our 4-night stay. I will definitely stay here again when I return to Mexico City.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Catedral very much! The hotel staff including the front desk, bellhop, concierge, all buffet staff, restaurant staff, housekeeping staff, etc. were there to please you during your visit. I would stay at this property again and recommend it to friends and family.

The staff and the amenities are excellent. The location is good but public transportation is not easily accessible. The hotel is very clean. Housekeeping is excellent. The bed is very comfortable and smells good. The sheets and pillows are fresh. The room is large. The bathroom is adequate. I would recommend it to family and friends.

I loved the smell of guavas when I first walked in and the complimentary water cooler. I like that I felt safe staying at this hotel because of the staff at the entrance of the hotel. The only two things I disliked about this hotel, is that they don’t have an ice machine and they don’t allow early check in. My family arrived about two hours prior to check in time because of our flight and we were exhausted but they had us waiting in the hot lobby until almost 4pm.

Mi cuarto tiene un balcón a ver la cuidad. El personal son muy simpático y útil. Especialmente, Enrique, Miguel y Thelma. Era mi primer tiempo en La Cuidad de Mexico y era perfecto. La comida y servicio fueron excelentes. Mi familia es Afro- caribeña de Estados Unidos. El personal era amarble. Definitivamente visitaré de nuevo. Muchas gracias para todo. I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff was helpful, polite, and kind. The neighborhood is busy but the hotel is quiet and peaceful. Everything is very clean and my room had a balcony. My family is Afro- Caribbean from the states and was hoping everything would be okay, however it was more than that. It was excellent. The buffet breakfast and restaurant in the hotel was perfect. I really appreciate Enrique, Miguel, and Thelma for going above and beyond. All of the staff was the best. Overall, I could not have asked for a better stay. I brought my daughter too. She is only 2yrs old and everyone was family friendly. I thank Hotel Catedral was an excellent first time in Mexico City and will be back soon.

The hotel is in a prime location next to everything in Zocalo. My family truly enjoyed our stay. The rooms were clean. The restaurant's food is good. There are also several tours that are offered - we ended up booking one and received a free walking tour of Zocalo. Truly recommend. Also thumbs up to the taxi service - they call and give you a ticket of the price - you can also call the hotel to have the taxi service pick you up. We felt safe and well taken care of.

Everything. When in Mexico visiting family, I stay here within walking distance to many museums and interesting places.

The best hotel I ever stayed in downtown Mexico City the service from the front desks to the people that clean that help with luggage the restaurant great place definitely coming back and recommending to family friends
