I do not recommend this hotel at all. They cancel my reservation because I did not check in before 6:00pm on their page it specifically says check in 3:00-midnight. They were not helpful at all and did not have any rooms available. They did the same thing to about 4-5 more families that got there while I was waiting for my issue to get resolved. When the Expedia representative called to investigate, he was told no one speaks English there. I also noticed that the lobby was dirty and old, nothing like the pictures posted. I am so glad we didn’t stayed there. Thanks Expedia for relocating my family to a nicer hotel with a better and safer location.

Really bad experience, I booked a room and when I got there about 8:30 PM they said that they don’t have rooms left, five minutes after me an other family arrive and having the same problem, so the hotel offer us to find a hotel close to the area for us, give us transportation and respect the same rate for one night and we can back there the next day, well after one hour waiting at the lobby they only find a transportation for us to an other hotel but three times expenses that the price we booked so they do nothing for us, in the mean time I was looking for accommodation online but due the season all affordable and safe hotels was sold out (rooms with two beds, because I was traveling with my nephew) so we didn’t have more option at 10:00 PM that go and pay three times more on the other hotel, also the other family did the same. REALLY BAD THAT THEY DOBT RESPECT YOUR RESERVATION and no calls or notifications, what a bad business management. (We will stay the rest of our trip on the second hotel, even if is more expensed I won’t go back to Hotel One)
