Was not able to travel due to a family emergency I tried canceling early that morning. My refund or Partial refund was denied.

This was an odd stay. The place appeared to be a very nice place; however, that was just a veneer. The rooms were nice looking and clean but the thermostat didn't work, the wi-fi was very slow (like the whole hotel shared a single family plan), the lighting in the room was uncomfortably bright, all hotel room doors SLAM shut, the shower water took 5 minutes (no exaggeration) to sense any warmth and warm was as best as it got, only two bath towels, the restaurant food was terrible, the staff was cold, no one says hello, and no one asked how our stay was. It was potentially a very nice place that seemed to fail upon any inspection.

They have refrigerators as a kid-friendly amenity but my refrigerator was hot and unusable. When I told the front desk they gave me a line about how it was for keeping food warm but that it didn’t cool. I bought milk for my child thinking the refrigerator would you know keep food cold.

We arrived early morning and apparently the hotel was full and no rooms were available. The clerk Jean Paul, advised suites available for double the price. We asked for a special consideration since we're traveling with a 9 month old baby, but there was no such thing as empathizing with our situation. We kept checking periodically if any room was ready and got the same answer, from the same clerk: check in is at 3:00pm. We waited until exactly 3:00pm, NOT one minute sooner. I know they will not care about this review but l will simply NEVER stay in this hotel again.
