I loved the scenery and how safe staying at this property was!!! The entire staff was super helpful and accompdating! My daughter and I really enjoyed the pool!!! My family and I will definitely be back!!!

This was a great place to stay with family! I found this listing because of the price and proximity to the airport. We are coming back because of the amenities and love for Guadalajara. The hotel is located high on a hill away from the hustle and bustle of the town, which you get a great view of at all times if the day.

The good thing... the area where the hotel is located is very quiet, the rooms are very spacious. The bad... sheets and beds are very old, they have many stains, I had drainage problems in the bathroom that we had to change rooms, the room service is terrible, it takes a long time, and very expensive, the food is not very good... it's a hotel for one day, not for 6 days that me and my family were there

The staff was fantastic, super friendly and helpful. The rooms were badly in need of An update although the shower was quite modern and bright. Most disappointing for the kids was the pool. It was large and could have been a highlight of the stay but the water was murky and yellow.
