Hotel La Casona

My wife and I went on a family trip. If you value good service and friendly staff this is not the place for you.

We arrived by bus only to discover the one taxi in town was not answering the phone and when we called the hotel they rudely insisted that there is always a taxi at the taxi stand, so we had to walk 10 blocks or so with our luggage, ( which we had a lot of because we were travelling with a baby and the hotel does not provide baby cribs) suffice to say we did not get off to a good start. however the room was nice the hotel offered a filling breakfast and hand made soaps, each room has fireplace with wood laid out for a fire. If I every end you going back to Tapalpa I would consider staying here again
