Presidente InterContinental Guadalajara, an IHG Hotel

Leo was very attentive and helped me with my last minute request. Ideal for guests ttavelling with furry family. Thank you Leo and team! You made me feel very welcomed!

I arrived very late after a catastrophe at a neighboring hotel. I was immediately greeted by a valet. He was so kind and took my families bags upstairs to the lobby. The staff were all friendly and accommodating. The property was clean and well kept. The room was very spacious with an incredible view. The complimentary breakfast included a huge buffet and a complete variety of juices, milks (vegan friendly), teas, & coffees. The hotel was very elegant. Room service was quick and the staff were friendly. The food from room service was AMAZING!! There were other restaurants on the lobby floor that were available. I will definitely stay here again and I give this hotel a 10/10. As well, if you’re English-speaking only, the staff are bilingual. The only thing that I noticed, which could be a bit of a bother, are the kids outside who are begging for money. Multiple kids approached me and my children asking for money while we waited 7 minutes for our car from valet. The kids were a bit aggressive. Other than this, everything was awesome.

The issue qe had was that the room was very cold and there is no heater on the rooms. I upgraded to a 2 bed junior suite and we were all freezing.
