Family stay. Hotel buffet was amazing. The pool area was a lot of fun. The family really enjoyed it. The service and attention to detail was 100%

Property was great, room was nice and comfortable but no tub and with little ones, really missed it. I have two complaints: Hot tub was not working and I checked all around the city just for this feature and Hilton confirmed over and over they had functioning hot tub. Also, room service was lacking, they did not have any kid friendly snacks, chicken fingers, etc.

I will say overall the place is not bad. Beautiful views, clean but they fail to mention that the property is located in a mall. I had to literally walk through stores and crowds to find this place. The parking lot is also shared with the mall customers. Once inside it’s all good but very frustrating trying to find this place if it’s your first time. Pool is also way smaller then it looks like in the picture and is all the same size def not for kids or people that can’t swim.
