This is not an all inclusive resort. We were charged all inclusive for all including our 11 year old kids. There was only restaurant which was 12 and over. There was mold on the shower tile and ceiling. Front desk was rude and kept giving us run around. We requested a refund on the last two days of our stay.

This hotel is absolutely beautiful. All the staff we asked questions to were extremely helpful. The rooms were beautiful and the showers were large. The tile floor was very cold. The restaurants, stores, and beach were all located within the vicinity. We stayed in the furthest tower but the large golf carts would pick us up and drop us back off. Great service to have. The breakfast buffet at The Palmar restaurant was absolutely delicious. The private beach was beautiful and there was fish swimming with us at the shoreline. We needed a boat to accomplish the purpose of our trip and the boat dock with the rental store was right next to the restaurants. We were able to rent a yacht to accommodate our families of 16 people. We will definitely be back soon.

The Moorish architecture of this resort is exotic and creative. It feels like living in a Mediterranean village. The staff treated us lovingly like family.
We look forward to going next year and staying 2 weeks

This was my 4th time I took my family to Las Hadas, the first three times were great, but this last time wasn't pleasant at all, first problem: I was given a room very far away from the beach and restaurants and had to climb alot of stairs, second: there was people with speakers at the pool playing music that was inappropriate for a family enviroment, third: the garden areas around the pool had a really bad cat poop smell, this is the last time I take my family to this hotel.

This was our first time visiting this property. We travel a lot! We decided to stay here one night in order to get a feel for the place and see if we’d come back. We will definitely be back and stay for a few nights. The room had the most amazing view. The one thing I think they could do better is the time it takes to check in. Also, the lobby could use an AC system. When we got there it was extremely hot. The food was great. We also really enjoyed the Fiesta Mexicana. I will definitely recommend this property to friends and family.

It was more of a family oriented property not good if you are a couple. The restaurant Los Delfines was terrible, service, food and drink.

Check in was horrible. We arrived at the hotel early around 10, they checked us in but didn’t give us bracelets or a room key. We had to return for that, so we came back at 1pm and waited 1.7 hours just to get our bracelets, the front desk person said they couldn’t give us our room key until 3 pm; It was 2:45 pm. So we had to wait in the line again for another 1.5 hours even though we had checked in got our bracelets
and the room was ready. This is just plain unacceptable. Who wants to spend over 3 hours in a line just to complete checkin. The room we had was dusty and in disrepair. The lanai wall was cracking and the lanai light was a light bulb hanging from a wire. The floors under were full of dirt as I watched the cleaning lady sweep our floors on day 2. They don’t sweep under the beds as I learned when I had to retrieve my sons toy cars. Also the walk from our room to the pool was a hike, you will need to walk 6 flights of stairs, so if you are not in shape or have a young child you’ll want to call for one of their golf carts to pick you up. We paid for the daily breakfast, which was good. We’ll the omelets made by one older señora were good everyday. Also the fresh coconuts pool side are nice. Be sure to have them cut them open after you drink the juice for the flesh with a little lime and tajin. The beach is large and the pool is also large. This is not a party hotel like Cancun or Cabo. This is a kid friendly, family trip type of hotel.

The beach is great! So calm and nice. My kids loved the pool as well and the shows at night… it was a bit hard to book the restaurants that need a booking. The amusement staff is very fun for the kids and organizing games in general. Distances are a bit tough but it gets solve super easy with the golf carts they have running all day long

Charming property and location. Excellent facilities. Service is superb -- smiling faces everywhere. Only problems:
1. "Fun crew" staff plays loud (amplified) music by the main pool from 9:30 AM to 4 PM. OK for the kids but disturbing for those trying relax or sleep in nearby rooms.
2. No elevators at all. Stairs everywhere. Most suites are multi-level. Outdoor stairs are slick after a rain and most have no handrail. Dangerous for mature adults.

On the day we got there we were greeted, bell boys very friendly and rides to our rooms which were in the highest level of the hotel were great. We rode many times with bell boy Jorge (great guy, very attentive) took both my parents who are in their 70's, 2 teenagers, husband and I. Lots of things to do at the hotel, you don't even have to travel outside the hotel. We purchased the all inclusive. Food and drinks available at all times, activities for everyone (volleyball/soccer tournaments, karaoke nights, Zumba, fine dining(by reservation) activities for smaller children. We had a great time.
