Quality Inn Piedras Negras

Well after making reservation, i called customer service to have one of the rooms changed to smoking and they were able to make change. Once at hotel double confirmed room for guest was smoking and she could smoke in room and they confirmed and even when gave me card key they said this one for guest for smoking. Next day she got locked out for smoking in room!!! Went to front desk and they lied that it wasnt smoking room and would get fined for smoking in room!! On top of that we had no hot water in all 3 rooms. I've stayed here myself before with no problems but this time with family and they we requested bottom floor rooms and one of them smoking and they messed up all of it and put us all on 3rd floor cuz they had no bottom floors available? Not alot of people in hotel for all rooms in bottom floor to be occupied, very disappointing experience!!!
