Fiesta Inn Ciudad Juarez

We stayed here because other family members stayed. We had to go to Juarez for a family funeral. They turn off water from 3-6pm??! No water during the day???! Unacceptable. We were stuck in elevator and had to press the emergency button. We were told it was not working properly? How about a sign? Beds are not comfortable. Oh and they will double charge be careful!Will not stay agan.

First time staying here and out family enjoyed our stay. Staff is nice and friendly. We had an issue with the heater and when I called they immediately sent someone up to help. Breakfast buffet was delicious.

Our room was dirty. My pillow still had makeup residue from the previous person that slept there. There was long black hair in the bathroom, and the room smelled like sweaty armpits. The property was run down and the hotel parking is under the hotel garage. You have to take stairs from the garage to the lobby so if you are carrying luggage or kids it’s very difficult.

Personal on the reception was really rude, it take me like 2 hours to do the check in because they say they don’t have any room ready yet, when I finally get my room me and my wife go to take a nap and service come to the door with weird questions, then they come back but I don’t answer this time and they decide to open the door with their master kid, so disrespectful. I could say that I don’t enjoy my stay.

I booked this hotel for a whole week. On my last night there was a party going on in the room right next to mine. I called because I needed to sleep and the security went to the other room and said I had complained putting my family's life at risk. I called for the second time because they did not stop and management took care of it unfortunately the general manager knocked on my door and told me that he took care of it. Of course the other room overheard this and made the situation worse. I requested several times to change my room but there was none available. I requested to get my money back and they denied doing so. Good hotel installations, very bad management and policies.
