Viceroy Los Cabos

This hotel is absolutely stunning. Beautiful views. 2 big pools near main building and 2 next to beach! Huge gym with lots of equipment. Great restaurants. Close to airport. We just didn’t like the loud music at night cuz it echoed in courtyard and we have a toddler who was trying to sleep. And the beach was nice but not swimmable due to huge waves and undercurrent.

Lovely with excellent service. The only issue is the pool is small for kids.

We love this property! It’s beautiful and the pools are great. We recommend this hotel to all friends and family.

I loved the resort views and cleanliness and how kid friendly it is. It just is really pricey for food and drinks and having kids around was not the best but over all it is a great resort food was good. I enjoyed myself everyone was so helpful as well.

Staff is quite lovely as on our prior visit. This visit we received no VIP perks. I booked a junior suite with a lunge pool. The lunge pool is basically a hot tub and not really a lunge pool. Our room furniture (like the headboard) left much to be desired. My son had been looking forward to the game room but it no longer existed. The roof top restaurant was closed: The Nido restaurant was average.

Hi Viceroy A few days before our arrival I received an email regarding upgrades and the general information/flight times/food allergies. I responded straight away with a email requesting that we upgrade our room as this was a request/option that viceroy informed me of. As we got to Cabo San Lucas there was no information regarding the transfer to the airport to Viceroy. ( this had left us to pay $110 US through the hotel. I find this odd as the email that I received stated our fly in and out times. Usually when a hotel does this it’s to organise transport which was not done in this case. Once we arrived to the hotel we were informed that we could not go ahead with the upgrade I requested as it was booked now…but this was all sent through an email I had some days earlier from the request of viceroy. It was my partner and I 3 year anniversary, which was stated in that same email. There was no welcome package, or even something so basic to congratulate us. Especially when we have stayed at lessor star hotels and been looked after. We are very disappointed with this stay. The staff were lovely but just the basic things lacked, room upgrade that we had emailed and were paying for, the transport issue and the welcoming of us regarding this trip. We will not be suggesting this resort to family or friends in California as it lacked the basics of these issues that have been outlined. Thanks Josh and Zahra

Our stay at Cabo was amazing!!! Staff completely helpful, kind,treated everyone as though they were family.. We hope to return again and again!!
