The hotel was lovely, all staff very friendly. Hotel room was spotless good location. Restaurant and breakfast was excellent with a good selection to choose from. Booking in was also good. We would recommend this hotel to family and friends we will visit again.

Staff was wonderful. Hotel is newer , rooms were a descent size. They offer many options for entertainment. Mini golf, pickleball, corn hole, and pool table. There is a playground for children. They have an elevator and complimentary washer /dryer. It's close to town, Walmart and beach.

Noisy. Room smelled strongly of bleach. Too many loud pochos partying in pool area. Front desk extremely rude and passive aggressive regarding childish bracelets and noise.

Pros: The hotel is modern and clean. We had a junior suite which had a kitchen with toaster, microwave, blender, two rings etc. I think “junior suite” means you get a sofa. Loved the desk which separated from the wall so we were able to roll it out on to the spacious balcony for eating. We were surprised there were so many English speaking channels on the TV. There is golf, bean bag toss, croquet and whiffle ball on the roof
Con: There is a fire/police station closeby sounding deafeningly loud, frequent alarms. The noise sounds twice; once through the balcony window THEN as they round the corner, through the room door, since the outside hallway wall is open air. Likewise, the very loud music into the night from the many competing restaurants. If very loud noise is not a problem, this is a great hotel.
FYI: It takes just over an hour by shuttle to the airport. The hotel charges a hefty US $23, or you can catch the The Ruta del Desierto bus which runs every 12 minutes for only MX$80 or US$4 taking 1.5 hours. Both currencies are accepted on the bus, however its exact fare only, so you give them a $20 bill, that’s what you pay. No credit cards. Uber is available too. For breakfast, the hotel charges MX$250 (about US$12.50) or its sometimes included. The waiters were excellent.

Medano Hotel and Suites was a good option for us. If you’re not looking for all inclusive and a good price this is the hotel for you. We were looking to spend more on activities rather than doing all inclusive. The hotel is located in a very convenient area not to far from beach 10 min walk and about 15 min walk from Marina. The staff were friendly, the free breakfast was good, and the property is a very clean. There is a couple restaurants located around the hotel we ate once at Cocina and Bar food and drinks were good. There is also an Oxxo located near the hotel which is very convenient. Definitely will be recommending this hotel to my friends and family!

There is no 1-bedroom junior suite as advertised on the Hotels.com listing. There is only the room type with two queen beds (aka junior suite) and the family suite (which has the 1-bedroom). The east side of the hotel is along a very loud street and since the walkways to the rooms aren't enclosed, the hotel room doors are essentially directly facing the busy street. You can hear the loud cars and trucks from inside the rooms, which isn't pleasant at night or in the morning. There is also a lot of construction noise happening in the neighborhood. So while this hotel may be centrally located in Cabo, it is not a very quiet area.
