Sunway Hotel Big Box

Managed to get an upgrade to a family suite, the manager Song graciously offered us a nice price for us to top up and upgrade our room. The room was ready well before the stated check in time and very clean with complimentary bottled water and beverages. Only one suggestion I would make is to have an anti slip mat available in the shower, as the floor can be quite slippery for my child when its wet.

Most aspect of hotel is good except breakfast have long queue to go in . not easy when you have kids and Old folks. apparently dining area and tables too small to accomodate full occupancy.

The room are big enough to sleep 4 person, 2 adult and 2 child, room are very clean, view are quite good, facing to road and green view. But only thing is the bathroom, the door when open are go inside, so when a person go in, the door difficult to close, when came out from bathroom, same problem again, especially fat people. Bathrooms drain was chop, water all fall out, make the bathroom all wet. Very way water.

It was a very quiet place to stay for the family. Near to shopping (NSK), restaurants, golf driving range and X park. They keep the swimming pool and gym at tip top condition. Plenty of choices of food at the restaurant and the bar counter. We enjoyed the dinners just next to the pool side. What i like most is this hotel is eco friendly. Instead of plastic mineral bottles, there are 2 stainless steel containers in the room for us to refill the drinking water, we can have unlimited drinking water just next to the lift! It is a such a fantastic idea. We end up bought the stainless steel bottle from the hotel😍. Special thanks for Vivienne, a guest relation executive, for arranging the extra sofa bed in advance for my teenage son at no extra charge.

Nice and spacious hotel. I love the family suite, because caters my family needs. Services of the staff is good! 👍 thank you! However, the amenities in the room need maintenance. Like switches and one of the toilet door lock are spoilt. Baby cot wheel also spoilt. Quality of the breakfast not fantastic.
