Perfect for Family with toddler. They provide baby cot (playpen) which is safe for kids. Have small pillow. The room is clean and cosy. The staff are very friendly. Location wise is also very convenient. I will definitely stay there again when I visit KL

Nice place to stay. Close to everything. Pool too crowded with small, screaming, splashing kids playing with balls & getting in our way. Pool not a relaxing place. Bed was hard.

Great location. Hotel is getting a bit on the worn side but its a great place. Gave it 3 stars because our room was not ready upon check in at 3pm. Then we had to follow up on getting our bags delivered to our room. With kids, it was not ideal to be waiting around. We had to wait one hour and all we received was an apology.

We booked 2 rooms for this family trip. Both rooms were clean and spacious and the hotel breakfast offered a lot of options. Very convenient location and the hotel staff were welcoming. I am a frequent traveler and this is easily amongst one of the best hotels! My family also immensely enjoyed their stay.

Rooms without slippers, only 1 pair given for 2 person stay and it is the same for my in-laws room. Citing running out of stock, when we citied JW being a 5 star hotel and the slippers was quickly given. Coffee machine not working properly that I have to ask to change one. Even when raining outside, 1 umbrella for 4 person... Citing again not enough umbrella. Chinese restaurant senior service staff not polite, rest of junior staff was good.

JW Marriott is one of the best 5 stars hotel in KL. It was an amazing stay that we extended another night. The location is great - walking distance to Pavillion, Lot 10 and also KLCC (yes there's a skybridge connecting from Pav to KLCC). The swimming pool is clean and caters for young kids and adult. Front desk anticipated our needs

Hotel was modern and well furnished. My main issue was that the room wasn't as big in reality as there was a 'garden' which takes up quite a lot of space which you can't use. The bathroom is quite small too. The location is good but the rooms are too small for a couple or a family of 3. In future, I would stay elsewhere with bigger rooms

Upon checkin, front desk was quick to attend to me as priority because of me having a child while waiting. He offered me a room upgrade and early check-in. As for facilities, parking charges a flat rate of RM10 per entry. Felt that this could be waived for guest. Building feels a little old/outdated and could use an upgrade
