What a fantastic team of people looking after us, they really couldn't have done more to help, from advance communication to making our brief stay with young children much easier than it could've been. Thank you all!

My 11night stay was absolutely wonderful. The friendly helpful staff became like family. I fell in love with Kenyan tea! The room was spotless and very comfortable. As a senior single woman I felt safe at all times. Having the mall with a grocery store right there was an added bonus.
