Grand Hyatt Amman

When we arrived in Amman we booked this hotel for 3 nights. It exceeded our expectations. It was clean, accommodating, beautiful and just relaxing. We was able to do our site seeing’s and then come back and relax /unwind. Khaled, Umar and Ahmad was exceptional. They was always so attentive and making sure we was always happy. They made the hotel a 5 star experience. Abdullah, always helped us with our luggage with a smile and super friendly. I forgot the staff names in breakfast buffet but they was ALWAYS so accommodating. Asking me for what drinks/ coffee I would like. They was easy to spot and call if I needed anything. Service was 10/10. Overall loved my experience at the grand Hyatt. I would be definitely coming back and telling all my friends and family to come and stay here. Also the Italian restaurant, the food is delicious. You have to try it. The restaurant itself of gorgeous.

I like the stay and services Sometimes I did not like the way of the security check for each time we come in !! One of the security women touched my hole body and deeply while I was carrying my sleeping baby!!! And she was so harsh !!!

I stayed in the Hyatt for four nights. I arrived to hotel at night, only to be waken up early the following morning by a lady on the phone accusing me of not paying for breakfast for myself and for two of my mates. I did not have breakfast and I did not have mates with me. when I complained later, one manager apologised, I accepted his apology. One night I was trying to sleep but couldn't because of the noise of children playing and screaming in the corridor, but when I contacted Reception, the noise stopped immediately. The worst bit is the security situation, literally each time I came back to the hotel a total body search by hand was done, one of the security officers touched my body by his hands all over me, and this made me very uncomfortable. I did not mind x-raying my luggage and passing through the metal ring. But it was the security officer who touched me by his hands all over. I did not see a female officer, and I do not know how they would search women. I travel to Amman fairly frequently, and I have always used another hotel. On my next trip I will definitely go back to my previous hotel.

We are a family of 4 and we enjoyed being at this hotel. The breakfast was nice.
