We took the Sky Access Express train from Narita Airport bound for Oshiage Skytree station, and if you go out of the B3 exit of the station, the hotel is literally steps away. So convenient especially if you’re carrying large luggages. Location is excellent. The hotel is beside a mall that has so many dining options and at the hotel’s lower level is a big supermarket. There is a taxi stop in front of the hotel and the Oshiage station if you want to use the railway instead, with the top attractions and destinations in Tokyo just one or two stops away. Rooms are big and clean, so as the bathrooms. My family really enjoyed the buffet breakfast everyday. Overall, our stay was really comfortable.

Love the hotel. Very clean with friendly staff. Everything we needed was with in walking distance specially the subway station. The free breakfast was a plus for me and my children. I would definitely come back to the hotel

The rooms are above-par especially in regular sized rooms. It was spacious and comfortable in size for 2 adults and 2 kids (8 year olds). The amenities are not bad too. For additional needs like bath powders, kid slippers, you can grab some more at the 5th floor. Wish they had at least one set available on hand already in the room. For cleaning, you'll have to set your request through their TV. The location is very good, only a 3 minute walk to the station and a stone's throw away to Tokyo Skytree. The staff are courteous and express check-in & check-out are available. There's a supermarket right beside the hotel! But the wifi is limited only to the room and none at Sizzler (the in-house restaurant).

The rooms looks way better in real compare to the pictures. I got triple room suite which is very roomy with big windows over looking Tokyo sky tree. The bathroom is very new with big modern Bath tub. Special thanks to the front desk staffs are very friendly and active. Very close to train station and the mall. Perfect for family with teenagers.

Family of 5 (kids=6/8/10) great place to stay for first time in Tokyo. Easy access to subway so we could explore the city with ease. The Tokyo skytree village is across the street and a great place to explore. Hotel staff was wonderful and the hotel was clean and comfortable.

Oshiage Train station conveniently outside the hotel w/lots of shop’s & restaurants. Breakfast buffet was amazing & kids enjoyed the variety. Clean spacious modern rooms.

Loved the hotel, especially the location. Quick proximity to the train station, and literally right next to the Tokyo Skytree and the solamachi. A quieter area of Tokyo, compared to shinjuku and shibuya- and a great place to stay with kids and family. Beds were firm but very comfy, view from our 12th floor room was wonderful to fall asleep and wake up to.

We stayed at 3 different hotels during our trip to Japan, and this was definitely our favorite. Room was spacious and well equipped. Located right next to metro station, very nice mall with many restaurants, supermarket, family mart - and right underneath the Tokyo skytree.
