The hotel is conveniently near the metro, also in front of a family mart. They offer free toiletries if you forget them. Free umbrellas to use when it rains. The rooms are quite small though, so be sure to book at least 200 sq meters. Stayed with my boyfriend and we barely had space for 4 luggages, good thing under the bed is an open space so we got to push everything under there. Also its not a daily housekeeping which was nice since we didn't need it daily. Only downside of our room was that the drawer where the safe was kept on opening and couldn't close, so I was hitting my leg multiple times. Apart from that the staff were very nice and they also have a place where they can hold your luggage until check in time or if you want it delivered somewhere.

Great location if you want to be near Shinjuku San-Chome area. It is close to Shinjuku San Chome train station and several shopping centres like Isetan, Marui and Marui Men. There is washing machine and dryer in the room which is great. The downside about the location is that the station is on the Marounochi Train line which is not as convenient going to the airport or most of the other tourist area which is on the Yamamoto line. Shinjuku station is probably too far to walk if you have a lot of luggage, but it is otherwise “walkable” in cool weather. There is no housekeeping and only once a week, if you stay 7 days or more. I actually like not having daily housekeeping, but having none at all is not ideal. I would have preferred at least one housekeeping every 2-3 days. I ran out of clean towels when I stayed for 7 nights. Previously, when I stayed for less than 7 nights, I get fresh towels by the door every morning. Also, I cannot choose the only 1 housekeeping day I have. Mine was after staying 4 nights, although I would have preferred earlier. They do not inform you the day if the housekeeping until the day before it happens, which is not useful if you want housekeeping earlier. That is, you can only have it later! But overall, it is a great hotel with reasonably “big” room by Tokyo standard. Most Tokyo hotels have tiny rooms. It is one of my regular hotels, but it is probably not suited to those seeking for a quiet peaceful family location as there are several bars around
