The staff were so friendly and helpful. The apartment building had been renovated into hotel rooms. The rooms are nice and spacious, although the AC vent points start at the king bed. There are alot of restaurants that are walkable and an aquarium nearby with discount tickets from the hotel lobby. Everyone was helpful and we enjoyed our stay there for 4 nights with a baby.

About 6 mins from the train station (although you'll need to find your way there with Google maps) but generally well connected to the major areas in Tokyo. There are also plenty of convenience shops around, food options and even a free large playground for kids. There are vending machines outside the rooms and we loved the free airport shuttle bus from the hotel. Would definitely book again :)

Hotel room was roomy and very nice. Neighborhood was great for a family - grocery store and two parks nearby. Easy walk from the train station.

The staffs were very efficient and friendly. The room was okay. It serves the purpose. It has everything you would need. It could be a little cleaner. It's about 3600 yen by taxi to the airport ($25-28), close to the train station which leads to central Tokyo. It's nice for family, and long stay.

Oomori station is about a 7 to 8 min walk to the hotel. It's a quaint little area with lots of convenience stores, a children's park, and an interior courtyard called Belport. Overall, I liked the area. There are lots of places to eat, mostly small. The hotel itself is good and the staff were great. We had to switch rooms because our air conditioner was not working, and they accommodated our request with no fuss. If it's your first time in Japan, know that rooms in general are smaller than what you may be used to. The bathroom has a complete set of basic amenities that if you didn't bring any toiletries you'd be fine.
We did not avail of the breakfast in the hotel. We preferred the food in the convenience stores. We came back and ate in our room or in the park, and it was satisfying (and cheaper than the buffet).

The hotel was very clean, safe, and had everything that we needed for our stay. The closest metro station is Omori station (JR metro lines run through it), and is less than a 10 minute walk away. It is a very safe neighborhood, I felt very safe walking in the area at night, and there is also a children's playground around the block. There is a Lawson right across the street, a laundromat a few minutes' walk down the street (no laundry machines within the hotel), and a restaurant downstairs. Front desk was very friendly and helpful, and were able to store my luggage for about a week after I checked out for a small fee (cheaper fee than at metro station lockers). Elevator worked great. Each floor has a vending machine.

My expectations were low because I've heard of small hotel rooms in Japan, but this hotel and the room went way above and beyond any expectations. Lobby was simple, check in was fast and they spoke perfect English. Found out that there was free shuttle to the airport. Room was simple, elegant and spacious. WIFI was available everywhere and speed was fast. Bath and shower in one big room, clean and all amenities you can think of from facial cleaners to shavers. Toilet is in a separate room, fancy commode lights turn on when you open the door, toilet seat is heated (yep you read it right) bidet and butt sprays as well. There's a coffee pot and refrigerator. Leather slippers for the fancy ones or the disposable thin slippers for the germaphobes. Plenty of room for luggage. We requested a room for 4. Reservation said 4 single beds, but they turned out to be double beds. We had plenty of space for our family of 4. Each had their own bed.

we are 5 adults in the family and they have a room which can accommodate us in one room with one extra bed. There's free shuttle service to/from Haneda airport and a convenient store (lawson) located in front of the hotel. The nearest station by 8min. walking is JR Omori station which many establishments are available such as restaurant, supermarket and department store.
