Great for families some bigger rooms and a nice central location within Tokyo. Great views as hotel starts on 24th floor. We will definitely go back.

My partner, seven months old daughter and I stayed for six nights at the Royal Park Hotel Iconic Shidome Tokyo. The room was spacious and a decent baby cot was set up for us in the room upon our request. The hotel is located in a short walking distance from public transport, and there is a convenience store downstairs. Breakfast was good, there was also laundry facility and a shared microwave which was very helpful for us as we were travelling with our seven month old baby. Staff were friendly and always willing to help. Overall, great experience.

We stayed in a Superior Twin
Pros:
- located very close to transportation, including the express train to the airport
- walkable distance to many interesting areas, i.e. Ginza and Roppongi
- check-out time is 12 noon.
Cons:
- the room we stayed in was small and very dated.
- the reception is on the 24th floor of a different building. Had to take two different elevators to get to our room.
- the reception area and bar was small and often crowded with guests standing around for check-in/out. The photo provided by the hotel is very misleading.
- the bar closed at 10pm and the window coverings were down so we weren't able to see the night view
- the staff at the bar was less than friendly.
- we paid for the breakfast with our stay. The quality of the food and selection options were not good. Their photo shows fresh fruit salad but clearly it was from out of a can; the selection was just odd, i.e. salsa, kidney beans/unknown meat, potato wedges, breaded chicken?
There was nothing Japanese which was disappointing. Definitely not worth the $3800 yen it cost. The Cerulean Tower Hotel also charges $3800 yen for buffet breakfast and it's 1000X better.

This is our 2nd time staying and we love the location!
Close to accessible shops, restaurants, groceries, train station. It's pretty quiet, esp during the weekend since it's more of a business park area.
Service was good-- they fixed our broken window shade promptly, and also they gave our toddler a child toothbrush and slippers in the daily amenity kit.
The hotel condition was kept well, except for a little wear and tear on the couch-- it was pretty beat up and dirty looking.
One thing to note-- the airport limo only comes on site directly from NRT, and not HND... which was kinda annoying since we had a lot of luggage and couldn't just drag it a couple blocks to another hotel the limo bus stopped at. We ended up taking a taxi wagon to HND.

Overall an excellent hotel. Reception staff are courteous and very helpful. Very clean hotel, house keeping was very efficient and to a high standard. Breakfast offers a great selection of food for all tastes. I will be recommending to friends and family.

I stayed in The Royal Park Iconic Hotel due to a very stressful circumstances. After flying 16 hours from the US to Tokyo to connect flight to China, it was found that I took the wrong US passport with me! I had to wait for my husband to FedEx the correct passport with the valid visa to China to me in order to fly to China to see my family. I have chosen The Royal Park Iconic radeemly. The extraordinary care I had received from everyone in the hotel warmed my heart! They staff went out of the way to make my entire 5 nights stay enjoyable under the circumstances. This hotel will be my choice of stay in Tokyo in the future. I recommend it to everyone!
The location is great, very convenient.

Great location, good size Junior Suite for family of 4, has good amenities and laundry room with website to monitor status, comfy beds. Our fifth or sixth time staying with this hotel since 2017. Only grouse is that the TV channels are still limited and the toilet smells of urine (unlike other hotels) perhaps of the way is was cleaned.

We stayed here for our first 3 nights in Tokyo. We took advantage of the huge rooms on the Executive floor. For a family of 4 dealing with jet lag and the heat of August, this place was great. Just upstairs from a subway stop, we were able to come and go easily. Our first morning, we woke up super early and was able to head right to the fish market. Perfect timing with the jet lag...then after snacking at the market, we came back to the hotel in time for breakfast. The beds were comfortable, and we really enjoyed the extra space that the big rooms offered. Not a cheap option- but great for things like breakfast included and cocktails in the afternoon and dessert treats!
