We arrived in the early morning with a baby and a 3 year old in tow, and the staff were kind enough to let us check in early. This was a total lifesaver and we cannot express our gratitude enough. Thank you!

The room was clean and ok, served well for 2 adults and 2 kids. Sound proofing was not good though, we stayed there for 3 nights and every morning around 6AM we could hear continous stomping sounds (from above room) :(

My family and I found this hotel to be an excellent choice for our stay in Japan! The staff was super friendly, helpful and accommodating. It was wonderful having laundry services available on the 4th floor, google translate helped read the machines directions and the machine washed and dried a load of clothes in two hours for $6.00 in Yen. Breakfast and dinner were a bit pricey but there are plenty of restaurants around the hotel to venture to and if your not willing to try some Japanese food places there was a McDonald and 7-11 store and a family mart where you could by food similar to American tastes.

It was a wonderful stay. Good location overall. Quite for a family. The bathroom smelled slightly bad, despite trying to keep the doors open to vent it. Also room service was not consistent but if you ask for towels or anything else, it’s available. I’d probably stay here again but only if I don’t have another option. It’s quite small, but that’s normal for Tokyo.

We had a triple and it was perfect for our family (me and 2 kids (ages 15 and 12). I could hear some thumps from the room above, but it was very quiet (no voices, no tv). We loved everything about it - except for the smell from the bathroom (sewer-ish). It was only in the bathroom and not always. I'm sure it's an issue with the greater plumbing and it was not awful - just not pleasant at times. It didn't affect the other part of the room. Otherwise I would give it a 5 star rating. We loved everything else about this stay - convenient to many subway lines. clean, quiet and cozy.

We loved the fireplace book reading area. Very calming and relaxing. The rooms we're very small though. Our bedroom door could barely close with the stroller and baby bed. The beds themselves were also smaller than we expected. The "twin bed" is only large enough for one adult, where most of the time we see the twin bed is actually a full. Mostly, we enjoyed the easy access to the Metro and Tokyo tower.

From the moment we arrived, I knew we had made the right choice. As a family traveling with our son and carrying ski gear, finding a hotel that offered ample space, a convenient location, cleanliness, and affordability was crucial. After thorough research and reading glowing reviews, we decided to book our stay - and it exceeded all our expectations. Location: Shiba Park Hotel boasts an enviable location, just a 4-minute walk from Daimon station and a leisurely 10-minute stroll from Tokyo Tower. Situated in a business district, the hotel manages to strike the perfect balance between prime location and tranquility. We found ourselves immersed in the heart of Tokyo while enjoying the peacefulness of the surrounding area. Spacious Rooms: One of the standout features of Shiba Park Hotel is the generous room size. Our spacious 44 sqm room was a rare find in Tokyo, providing ample space for our family to relax and unwind after a day of exploring. It was a welcome change to be able to spread out and not feel cramped. Unique Design: This is for the book lovers, Shiba Park Hotel is a true haven. Each floor features a dedicated book room, and we were delighted to find a bookshelf in our own room. Being surrounded by books added a charming touch to our stay. Exceptional Service: The staff at Shiba Park Hotel truly went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. our son fell ill and started vomiting. The staff immediately responded with kindness proving us extra towels

Amazing property. We stayed here for 2 weeks with our two children ages 5 and 12. The hotel is very family friendly. The staff is beyond helpful and very friendly. The hotel is very clean. There's a 711 and a family mart 2 mins away. The train station is a 10 minute walk. Overall I give it a 10/10. Already looking into booking another trip and staying this hotel.

I loved the location of this property, it was a nice quiet part of Tokyo and it was so nice to start and end the day walking in this area before or after being out in the busyness of the city. Very close to a couple of convenient train stations. The only thing that annoyed me, and why I only gave it a 4, was that halfway through our trip they removed the washing machines and dryers at the hotel, which was super inconvenient. I checked prior to booking that they had these facilities as they are very helpful in packing light for a family of 5. They did have a washing service but that was like $10 aud roughly for a pair of pants, so way too expensive to wash all our family clothes. No laundromats nearby either. So we had to go and buy a couple of extra outfits to last our trip.
