The hotel was better than expected. Even though smaller than other hotel rooms (ex. Marriott), all necessary amenities were included and everything was clean. The staff were very courteous and helpful, even with their limited English. The area around the hotel has plenty of places to eat and major subway stations are only a 5~10 min walk away. Will recommend for couples, but due to the size, it might be too cramped for a family. Still, will highly recommend.

Absolutely awful, rented a room with 2 beds (apparently for 2 adults, and 2 children). When my wife, daughter, and I arrived they tried to make is but another room because my daughter was over 6 and was considered an "Adult"! This is outrageous! Blatant false advertising, if I had been informed on the rental page that 6 and up is considered an adult I would have gone elsewhere!
