The hotel staff were very rude and not helpful. The coffee machine was not clean and when in the lobby, they would charge guests for coffee. They were not accommodating with a child staying in one of the two rooms we booked. Luckily, we have family nearby so one person went to their house to sleep. I was willing to pay extra for the child to be able to stay with us, but they were unwilling to be flexible.

Spacious room. Perfect for a couple with toddler. Straight line to Haneda airport and lots of food options including a supermarket.
