HOTEL MYSTAYS PREMIER Hamamatsucho

The hotel is very nice and conveniently located (5 min) from 2 train stations. Rooms are relatively spacious, considering Tokyo standard. Service was good and they accommodated our requests. I was there for a family vacation and everything worked out well for me and my 3 kids. Well priced

It was a nice cozy hotel for family size (3 of us). Convenient walkable distance to 7-11 stores and family marts, as well as subway station. I wish the hotel provided water fountain station. And it seemed like this was not common setup in Japan.

Hotel is very close to Daimon and Hammatsucho stations. Can easily be accessed to/ from Haneda Airport via Monorail. Rooms are big, clean bathrooms, however carpet needs upgrading. Restaurants, family mart and quaint coffee shops are walkable. Staff very attentive. Overall I highly recommend this hotel for accessibility to almost everything.

Hotel was very clean and staff was very nice until 3 days later some people came and stayed our next room. They were very loud and baby was crying all night. We couldn’t sleep last 2 days. We complain to the front desk staff but they told us only they can do was changing our room to different room not people next room. It was middle of the night and we don’t want pack all our stuff and moving to different room! Hotel staff should make people who was next room not us though. I won’t never staying this hotel again!

The staff was super helpful, almost everyone spoke English, and I never felt like a burden when making a request of the front desk. The rooms were clean, and the included breakfast had a wide variety and tasty things, both sweet and savory, friendly to kid and adult palettes. We stayed with 6 in the same room, and things were definitely cramped, but the savings compared to other places was well worth it to us. Breakfast during the weekend was crowded enough that there was a wait to be seated, so I recommend coming at the beginning of your chosen breakfast block time (either 7-8 or 8:30-9:30). It was only an 11 min walk from Hamamatsucho station, with a grocery story and coin-op laundry around the corner, and a pharmacy and many cafes within 10 min. Would stay again. Definitely recommend to others.

Very clean and the room considered to be fairly big for Tokyo standard. Okay in terms of location. Would recommend for young families

Over it is really good. The only thing is I booked the big room for 8 people for my family of 5 (I noticed japan hotel room typically small) but they just gave me the room only can fit for 5 persons. Other than that location is really good. So close to train station and restaurants but quiet place. Will recommend for others.

I had stayed for 9 days here & on the basis of my experience, I would be recommending this hotel to anyone who's especially travelling with family or alone so. This hotel has provided me excellent service whether it is cleanliness or price or its fantastic location which is just a walking distance of couple of minutes to Daimon Station& Hamamatsucho Station. More importantly the staff on front desk of the hotel are very cooperative & supportive in all manners. 10/10.

My family and I had a wonderful night. It's within walking distance to metro. The only downside is there is not enough closet space.
