We had a good stay at this property as it was conveniently located between a few train stations, and was walking distance to shopping, eateries and convenient stores. The room was sufficiently spacious (in Japanese standards) and it was affordably priced for a 2 bed unit. Most other 2 bed units were much more expensive. One thing that marred our stay was the smell of smoke in our room, even though we were on a non-smoking floor. Every time we entered the room, we could smell cigarettes, and because of this, we had to open the window in the room to get ventilation. Aside from this, this is recommended, but not for families with young children as it would be unhealthy for them.
