I’m a real person. From Canada Really enjoyed our stay! The location is prime and the staff was actually really great. Walking distance to all shopping areas which worked out. After a long day of eating out and shopping it really paid off having the hotel near by especially with our dogs barking (feet hurting) haha Late night eats very close by. 711 downstairs and family mart one street over. I would definitely recommend the stay here.

We stayed a week at the hotel. Everything was amazing, room cleaned every day, all facilities were excellent and worked brilliantly, breakfasts were fabulous . The Reception staff were professional and friendly . The location in Ginza is great with many local trains and metros just 2 minutes walk from the hotel. Thank you. We will recommend the hotel to friends and family.

Our family of 4 stayed at Hotel Musse Ginza for 2 nights. It's conveniently located in the heart of Ginza, walking distance to Tsukiji fish market and lots of restaurant options. The rooms are tiny but we got lucky with the 13th floor where the rooms come with high ceiling so it felt much more open. The showers are very modern and nice. We didn't use the self-laundry machines, but nice to know that the hotel is equipped with kid-friendly amenities. I would highly recommend this hotel given the location, cleanliness, and value.

The connecting room was perfect for a family if four that include teenagers. They had their own privacy. Shower and tub to soak in was perfect!
