The distance from the hotel to the subway sation is good to walk. There are many restaurants and convenient stores near by. Also, the area of the hotel is quite and safe. The front desk workers were nice. However, one of my housekeepers was horrible. I stayed two weeks with my family and didn't request room cleaning service everyday. But, I throw garbages to the degineted place to make my room clean and took the used towels to the housekeepers for new ones every in the morning by myself. I don't know her name and she was a different lady that I saw usually. When I asked her new towels, she sighted and made her face frown in front of me. Also, she told me that I had to request to the front desk with annoying voice. I thougt many times what did I make her upset. But, I didn't. Her rude attitude in the moring made my day awful.

Great location and only a 6min walk to Nishi Kasai station (Tozai line) You can easily connect to other stations from this line and great if you want to get away from the crowds and hustle and bustle of the city. We stayed in a triple room and it was just enough for the 3 of us. We had a balcony room which was lovely and we even saw Mt Fuji from the balcony and the Tokyo Skytree. It would be great if they added some outdoor furniture, but we were still so pleased with the room. Room was equipped with a washing machine that doubled as a dryer, laundry detergent can be purchased at the front desk, a microwave, mini fridge, hot plate cook top and kitchen sink. The bathroom was quite spacious and offered family size shampoo, conditioner and body wash. There were also free amenities in the lobby, such as cleansing oil, face creams, cotton tips and hairbrushes. We loved using the coffee machine in the lobby as well and the free breakfast was a plus. Super close to Disneyland, I highly recommend getting a taxi there as it was only 10-15min drive. The room did feel a little old, but we enjoyed our one week stay, it had everything we needed and the staff were all so lovely. Very impressed for a 3 star hotel.

Good place for Disneyland if you drive. It's near nishi kansai station where you can get food and supermarket. Rooms are fairly small but can squeeze a family of 5. Counter staff are not proficient in English but can use Google translate.

we stayed one night at the hotel, 2 adults and 1 child! easy to find hotel, has restaurants, convenience close by.. hotel to be old and left to be desired in cleanliness.. there was hair on the floor, bed and bathroom! breakfast ok for the value with bread, juice, milk, salad, scrambled eggs, sausage and granola! service was ok .. just the cleaning that left something to be desired !

This hotel in term of size are as usual as other but it included 3 beds which make it quite affordable for family. However warobe of quite small and we did not make full use of it, making it quite squeeze with luggage. Room makers are very polite every morning with greeting and smile.
