The service and the people are good The room is reserved for 2adultes and 1 child of 10, breakfast included. But since we arrived here, every time, we need to precise that the room is for 3. Same for the breakfast, we are asked to pay a extra charge... So, it’s quite embarrassing....

The staff really makes this place. They are welcoming, friendly, helpful, and professional. The hotel itself is somewhat dated. We stayed in two different rooms and the quality of each differed to a noticeable degree. The design/decor is pretty 1980's Dallas. When we were there the second time it was also noticeably more families, and I now know that my version of hell is a club lounge full of loud children. The location is pretty good, it's about a 10 minute walk to Ebisu Station, which can take you pretty much anywhere.
