check in was not so smooth, the receptionist is not so fluent in speaking english, though i showed my email, the girl who handled me still confuse whether i booked for one or two rooms!! my son was sick when we were there, i asked them the nearest hospital or doctor near hotel, but all of them seems dont understand that doctors and clinics in japan must have paediatrician to check a child, so i went to 3 clinics they suggested us just to knew that they can not help me, luckily there is one international hospital not so far from the hotel and we made it in time.
