HOTEL Kazusaya

The number of guests allowed to stay in a room on the internet was not the same when we checked in. The hotel requested extra charge for my child.

It was close to a family mart and a good distance away and going to akihabara made it easy to go to

The hotel was nice and clean. Although the neighborhood immediately surrounding it was dull, but it was quiet and safe. It is close to different transit stations (bus, train, metro/subway). Staff was friendly and attentive. We did ask for an extra chair in the room since there were 3 of us in the family and only 1 chair in the room...they seemed quite confused by the request but did end up bringing 1 chair to the room and asked if we needed it for all the days of our stay to which we said yes. We also asked for additional luggage rack (there was only 1 in the room and 3 of us with 1 luggage each) and to that they said No and stated they only provided 1 per room...so that was a bummer. Otherwise, everything else was good. Oh, and the Japanese breakfast option is worth the additional charge...it was good and filling. You can order it a day before each time you want it.

My family and I appreciate the kind and beautiful staff, consistent cleaning, quiet area, and the convenient store nearby. Check in and check out were quick and easy. Thank you for the wonderful experience.

Great hotel in a good location. Not too far from several train stations. Staff were very friendly and courteous, but not all speak English well. It seemed more geared towards business folk, but we stayed there as a family. Clean and good sized rooms.

Rooms and hotel were super clean, rooms were spacious too and family mart and 7eleven were walking distance. Train wasn't too far either. Staff was beyond amazing, we had scheduled luggage delivery from this hotel to the next and they helped coordinate this and were very polite the entire process.
