Tosei Hotel Cocone Asakusa

We lived there for 11 nights. Location wasn’t too bad. It’s quiet but still a bit far away from metro stations. When you get tired after a trip in daytime, it’s a challenge to move your body and two kids back to hotel. Cleanliness can reach A-. Clean cups weren’t replaced everyday. Single large beds are big enough for sleeping with two Asian adults. Love it for our family with 4 members. Last but not least, the hotel staff finds no booking record when checking in. But I appreciated how they react and rearrange at their best.

Staff were friendly and courteous and very helpful. The hotel is located on a quiet street, just a few minutes walk from Senso-ji temple, Nakamise-dori restaurants and other attractions. I booked the largest room for myself, wife and a toddler, but the room still felt a bit cramped. This hotel is likely suited more for solo travellers or couples. I really liked the convenience of the coin laundry on the 2nd floor of the hotel. The lobby was small and simple, just a front desk and elevators. I wished there was a couch or a lounge area, but given the size of the hotel it would be impossible. Overall, i loved this hotel and would stay there again.

Our stay was so smooth, with complete amenities, unlimited coffee and chocolate for kids. The cleanliness and service was excellent. Maybe you can add additional washing machine to cater more guests who will need to laundry their clothes.

My family and i really loved our stay here. Very spacious room and very polite and helpful staff. We will definitely stay here in future visits.

We loved this hotel! Only needed to stay for one night. Was in the family quadruple bunk bed room - very small room but loved the bunk beds. Worked really well to get the kids to bed! Staff were lovely - free coffee and amenities down stairs. As well as manga to read (Small lobby though) Would stay here again for a night or two!
