this was a perfect place for our first days in Tokyo after arriving. The breakfast was fantastic, they even had a chef making onigiri to order. short walk to Senso Ji temple area. the beds were super comfortable and the room was big enough for our family of 4.

We stayed at this hotel as a family of 5. English friendly. We booked the larger room with 4 twin beds. I loved everything about this hotel including amenities, they assisted with booking our luggage transport from Tokyo to Kyoto with Yamato Transport, and we received room service every day. All of the staff were so friendly. The downsides were that the beds were extremely hard…almost futon-like. The pillows were not the best either (small and flat). The room we were placed in had a view of the other room windows so there was rarely any sunlight coming in.

Very good location and well connected to public transportation network and amnesties. It is also near many places of interests and surrounded by wonderful eateries.
Room is big for family of three and is clean and well maintained. Certainly a recommended hotel for those who come to Tokyo area.

Perfect location to use as our home base while visiting Tokyo for the week. Right across from the Asakusa subway station for the Ginza line that will take you to other major areas of Tokyo. We especially loved how quiet our room was even though the hotel was fully booked. Lots of unique shops and restaurants right around the corner from the hotel. We will definitely recommend this hotel to all of our friends and family in the future.

The hotel was clean and beds were comfortable. I wish there were more hand soaps and bigger trash cans in the room and a do not disturb sign for us to use. It has laundry services. It is very convenient to walking distance to Senso-ji temple, metros, shopping, Starbucks. Will recommend this hotel to friends and families.

I had planned to look for a place near Shinjuku but got sold on the walkable area around Asakusa. I needed a family room with 4 beds suitable for adults since I was traveling with my adult kids.
So here's all the good and bad, with the caveat that we really enjoyed our stay here so whatever criticism I might have didn't dampen our enthusiasm.
The hotel is in an amazing location with the ginza line station across the street, nakamise doori right around the corner, and easy access to the kaminarimon gate and sensou ji temple on foot. They had English speaking staff pretty much 24/7 (the Expedia description showed limited check in hours but I think that was from covid time, they had 24 hour staff when we were there). The hotel is clean and modern and the staff is excellent.
We got a quad room and when we checked in we commented that the room is cramped for 4 adults with luggage for 2 weeks in Japan. But this is Japan, so it's expected. Ample outlets, etc. Overall it was fine, and very affordable.
The closest entrance to the Ginza line (which we took almost exclusively except returning from the airport) is literally right there, but also it's
Most of the restaurants close early so we had to walk a bit for dinner, but that also was fine. Overall a really great location and a great stay.

You don’t want to stay in Asakusa. Especially if traveling with kids. It is just too crowded. The property was OK, but there are many better neighborhoods to stay in Tokyo.
