Had a nice stay at turtle inn, Nice hot bath, friendly staff, Easy to get around, close to shops and bus stop, Only problem a noisy family with 2 children making lots of noise late at night and early in the morning. Would recommend this place to stay.

The Turtle Inn is a small family run hotel within walking distance of the majority of popular tourist sights in Nikko. The proprietors are warm and friendly and eager to provide useful time saving information about the area to guests. The facilities are basic but comfortable and that's all we needed.

This is a family-run onsen. It’s a small place which turned out to be good for us as the baths were private & we didn’t have to worry about the spread of COVID19 in the communal baths

nice family own hotel.reasonable price. small but good size room with bath, even hot spring available. clean and newly renovated room. quiet neighborhood with river on the back. problems-not many restaurants available at night,hot spring room crowded at night.
