It's a run down hotel and you go for the cheap rent. I booked a non-smoking room but the carpet in the room is full of cigrette burn marks and, upon exit from the elevator, the whole floor is flooded with cigrette smell. Even a Twin Room is so small that I can't open up my suitcase. All in all, avoid if you have baby with you.
Location of the hotel is remote but is ok if you self-drive, which is what I did. Just make sure you get the map code (37 738 116*58) of the hotel as this is what you need for the GPS navigation in Japanese cars.
