The Ritz-Carlton, Osaka

Simon the manager was so amazing and thoughtful took care of our family in every possible way. The staff was out of this world Every little detail they seemed to know what we needed and wanted before even thinking about it. We celebrated my son’s birthday and I cant think of a better place than the Ritz to stay. Every day I was more surprised than the previous about how thoughtful they were in making our stay as perfect as it could get. Mounir my French friend will be missed. Just how cozy it felt to be there and all the help in arrangements for our birthday celebration and advises on how to get around. I was sadly under the weather one day and they took care of me like family. This trip will certainly be memorable. Thank you Simon and the entire staff for such a beautiful time

The best customer service. Best meal. It upgraded the room. The view from the suite is the best. I would like to make this hotel again next time I stay. This hotel is recommended for families and couples too.

We had a group of 8 adults and 1 child so we constantly have to contact the concierge to help us book our van and book our reservations for dinner. The concierge team we superb! During our first dinner on our arrival night, the concierge team even called us at the restaurant to made sure if we needed any help. That was a real surprise. The housekeeping was really sweet too. We left the hotel after housekeeping usual hours. They cleaned up our room even though we didn’t contact them. That’s a plus for services. Overall, the hotel’s service was awesome, everyone in the hotel was very willingly to help. Would totally come back again.
