karaksa hotel Osaka Namba

Connecting room was so convenient for family. Lobby setting some drinking machine was so great!! All staff with excellent service. The spacious of room are reasonable in Japan. The location nearby to Shinsaibashi and dontobori with few minutes walk.

It was a great hotel. Walking distant to Namba station, Dontonbori and lots of food options. The rooms were great for large family of 5. The lobby was always clean and the kids loved the drinks machine. Breakfast was fantastic.

It was close to the shopping area. But, hotel reservation for kids age is different from the kid's age in expedia, so ended up getting & paying for another room.

karaksa is right in the heart of the Dotonbori neighborhood. Everything you want to do is minutes from the hotel. The hotel itself is fantastic and ideal for our family of 4. Unlimited coffee and soft drinks helped get us going in the morning!

Good for family. Make sure you get the combined rooms. Having two bathrooms for the family is a plus! 5 minutes walk to Shinsaibashi and metro. Lots of takoyaki shops around the hotel. Staffs are friendly, helpful and can speak English. We have a good stay.

Close from Dotombori, about 10 mins of walk. Close to convenient store; family mart, and close to the train station. But the hotel room is very.. I mean really small.

The hotel is centrally located to all the fun and buzz. However i found the room we were given very small for 3 travellers - for a triple room - it had 3 single beds but there was hardly any room for luggages, we had barely small space at the bottom of the bed and that was it. It was ok for solo traveller but not for family of 3 adults. The room was clean, tiny bathroom though. I would recommend the hotel if you want to be near at everything - transport, night life, dining and all the tourist attractions in the centre.

The hotel felt new and modern and is in a great location for dining and some shopping. Very close to Dotonbori too! The room was quite small including the bathroom area, and the breakfast was just ok, decent amount of options though. I would skip the breakfast if I returned. The laundry room was not good, only 2 machines and 1 had an error code and the other was being used. Eventually the staff fixed the error so we were able to do a load. However, it did not dry the clothes at all and there was no way to extend the drying time. Had to walk to a nearby laundromat to finish drying them. Would have saved us time if we just went to the laundromat in the first place. Also, the hotel is not very close to a subway, about 10 to 15 min walk to the nearest, which isn’t too far but if you have infants and luggage it is a bit far. Overall, it’s a nice hotel and I chose it to be close to Dotonbori, but for conscience factors I mentioned, I’d probably find another place.

Great stay in our xmas holiday with a surprise gift hanging on the door on xmas day The room is spacious & clean We have both children & elderly, and there is amenity for kids Although there was a little interlude at the beginning our two rooms were arranged in separate floor due to full capacity (which we have requested same floor very early), they tried their best to rearrange the room for us the following days so that our family can stayed on the same floor. Enjoyable stay. Location is good, walking distance to namba station.
