Overall great property near Dotonbori area. We had room with 4 beds. Extremely tight and hard to open luggage but gave everyone in family of 4 their own bed. Purchased the breakfast option on booking. Well worth it and is more expensive if you bought later at hotel.

This hotel is in the perfect location, strategic - close to all places you need to see and go to Osaka. Breakfast is good with variety everyday. Very good customer service. Will recommend this hotel to my families and friends.

I recently stayed at Osaka Vista Namba and my feelings about the hotel are quite mixed. While the hotel itself offers decent accommodation and amenities, its location at the end of a red light district was a notable drawback. The long street leading to the hotel is lined with host clubs and solicitation, creating an uncomfortable environment for single female travelers. The hotel staff, however, were professional and courteous, striving to maintain a safe atmosphere within the hotel premises. The room was clean and well-equipped, providing a comfortable space to retreat from the bustling street outside. If you're unfazed by the surroundings and prioritize affordability and convenience, Osaka Vista Namba might still be a viable option. However, for those seeking a more serene and family-friendly atmosphere, I would recommend exploring other accommodation options in different areas of Osaka.

Good quality hotel with easy street access in Namba. Decent sized room for all four of my family members together. The breakfast was simple and a bit disappointing.

Smooth and easy check-in. Room wasn’t big but was very well set up to accommodate 2 beds 1 sofa bed (which was made up like a proper bed). Loved the self-serve coffee machine in the lobby! Staff was very friendly and helpful. Only one slightly unpleasant encounter with a male staff on the second morning of our stay. I had gone down to get a cup of coffee as well as to do some work; chose a small corner table as it was breakfast time. He decided to place a family with 2 young crying children next to me when there were so many other empty tables. As I had some work to do, I stood up to look around for another small table where I would be away from the noise of the crying children. He followed me and frowned disapprovingly perhaps thinking I was going to occupy an empty table for 4 or larger. Since there wasn’t any small tables on the other side of the dining hall, I returned to my original seat but had to leave in less than 5 minutes because the crying and noise from the table next to me made it impossible to do any work. That was the only disappointing incident.

The hotel was centrally located with a couple of minutes walk to Dontonburi and walking distance to Shinsaibashi, Americamura, Kuromon Market and Den Den Town. Subway stations were close and plenty of restaurants throughout. Room was tight for a family of 4 although we were appreciative that they could accommodate 4 people in the room with 4 individual beds. Due to the central location, there was some street noise with cars cruising at night. This is a trade off to the amazing location and the hotel does offer ear plugs at guest services desk. Bottled water was provided daily as well as hotel guests had access to the cafe's beverage machines outside of stated breakfast hours. This was very a nice amenity along with fresh popped popcorn in the evenings. Having plenty of electrical outlets and USB charging outlets was a plus. The availability of washing/drying machines was a nice convenience with the exception of one of the dryers didn't work that well leading us to hang dry our clothes in the room. Overall, it was a pleasant stay at an excellent location.

The rooms were great, not so big but nice and comfortable. The location was also great, very near to Dotonbori. The one thing that I regret was the receptionist told me that my little kid can have breakfast for free. But when I went to bereakfast the next day, they told me everybody regardless the age must pay. They should tell in the first place
