Was very close to shopping, transport, was a little on the small side and only had local TV stations. Netflix, disney etc apps would of been great especially when traveling with small children. Would of been great if there was tea and coffee in the room, as had a jug put that was all.

Excellent location in the heart of Shinshabashi, and room size was decent for 2 adults 2 young kids

The hotel was lovely. Rooms are a bit on the smaller side. They provide plenty of amenities. Staffs are very friendly and professional. Check in and check out was very fast and easy. Location is great, about 12 min walk from Dotonbori Glico man sign. My only concern was the area around it, at times felt abit unsafe. Lots of drunk youngsters hang around the area and around the path to the train station.

The location is great, near dotonburi and only 5 minutes walk to station but the 5 star really goes to the hotel's staff. They are all very helpful and friendly. They even help us call the customer service of our prepaid japanese sim card because we couldn't connect to the network.They went above and beyond. Definetly will stay here again and recommend to my families and friends.
