The workers were great and extremely kind. Although they barely spoke any English at all, they had a phrase book that they would point to. When we needed help with wifi, probably because of the language barrier, someone actually came up to our room and set it up for us. Hotel rooms are much bigger than a typical Japanese hotel room. Booked for a family of four, but we had four full sized beds. We probably could have slept two more people in there!
