The breakfast was amazing, and the children's facilities were excellent. It's an old hotel, and far from Naha, but a really nice place to stay.

Three of my children and I had lots of fun playing at the beach, inside and outside pool. Morning/lunch buffet were delicious too. We’d love to come back.

We live in Okinawa and took our four kids here as a treat for finishing the school year. The indoor pool was absolutely disgusting. Someone had diarrhea in the pool and left a trail of it on the pool deck and all the way to the restroom. Staff and other patrons were continuing to walk around it and continuing to use the pool. I was horrified. I notified the staff about the long trail of fences and they were slow to respond. They did not act quickly. Someone finally did come to clean it up after about 15-20 minutes. The staff did not seem in a hurry about the issue at all. Feces can make people gravely ill and instead of feeling relaxed after this trip, I am closely monitoring my children to see if they develop symptoms of becoming ill. I am very upset about this and feel like my husband and I wasted our money coming here. I did not wish to pay $300USD to expose my children to such unsanitary conditions. We will not ever be coming here again.

I had high hopes when booking this hotel, and to be honest it was kind of disappointing, parking is not free, it's down a hill and across the street and you can't leave your car in the unloading area while you check in. Things are done by tickets, which I personally have never experienced before. Pool towels for example, you get a ticket for 1 free towel at the indoor pool after that you have to pay for towels. Rooms are very dated with very hard beds, and thin blankets. The rooms are very spacious especially for japan, and the view is beautiful. This would be a good hotel if you have lots of kids, especially little kids are the hotel has many amenities for children, including indoor playground, special children's area in the pool, and even an arcade. However when we were there the pool doesn't open until 4pm which is pretty late. Last thing isn't really something they can control but since its called a "sea park" I felt it was worth mentioning. The tides in this area from the tide charts we looked at as well as what we experienced, are low tide in the middle of the day until early evening. So when we checked in at 2-3pm the sea level was so low that there were only tide pools about knee deep at best and ALOT of rocks and coral. Thus we were unable to swim in the ocean. So morning and night were the only times the area was swim able.

We (2 ppl) stayed in a group and family room in soth wing. Although it's aged, it’s very roomy and clean.. The breakfast was excellent with lots of selection. Every dish has label for allergen information. Private beach is so relaxing. Our view from room is incredible overlooking the ocean, beach and night view of the nearby resorts ! The resort is very big and staff is helpful and friendly! Onsen is good! Very happy with the stay!

Great things:
It was a good choice about cost/benefit. Not only has a great beach and two pools (one indoors and one outdoors), but also several activities for kids.
Most of the staff is multilingual, and it has a good variety of restaurants and events (including local and foreign dances).
Things to have in mind:
The facilities are a bit aged, but well mantained. Also, there is an extra cost for the beach seats and parasol, as well as for using the adjacent onsen. The onsen itself was not really hot and some of the showers were not working well, but it was nice to use it after the beach.
Food could be a bit pricy on the restaurants if you have a big family, but there is a convenience store just some meters away from the entrance if you need anything.
The check-in and check-out may take some time because it was really packed. Also, the front staff was very friendly but a bit slow, so if you are in a hurry, tell them in advance.
If you go by bus, the bus stops are just some meters away from the entrance, so you do not need a car if you plan to stay at the hotel all the time like we did.

Great for families! A lot of things to do. The rooms little outdated but it’s fine. A lot of restaurants selections, our favorite was the Tancha restaurant. The best was good! The indoor and outdoor pool was great !!! The elevators though are like a sauna 😢 Turn up the AC up because it’s hot and humid!!! But overall great place to stay for families !
