We enjoyed the in-house onsen. Hotel comes with free parking. I've booked for a twin room and indicated for 2 adult and 2 children, but the room was not spacious and provided only 2 small kid-size pillows. There is no extra pillows in the wardrobe. The air in the room is dry and dusty. The carpet should need some cleaning and also humidify the room. I expected better for a 3-star rating.
