We were looking forward to our stay at Rihga Gran & were not disappointed. We left our bags & checked in a little later at check-in time. I had mentioned that it was our 1st year anniversary & your staff looked after us well & included a little gift of some royal pudding.
Our room was spacious & loved the Japanese style bathroom with a separate shower & bath. Staff were always friendly & courteous. We also enjoyed the communal baths, first time for us to experience. Another bonus was the drinks & coffee/ tea station we could use between 10am & 5:30pm. We look forward to staying at Rihga Gran again in the near future & will recommend this hotel to all family & friends. Thanks for making our stay a memorable one.
