This hotel is very good. It’s convenient. Because it is close to Family Mart, Starbucks, and the station. The hotel has hot bath. Very cool. Clean. Comfortable. Nice staff. They provide pajamas. Even for baby. How cool. I rate 4.8/5. Yay.

Great property. Was there with family. Very spacious compared to the 5 star I was in at Tokyo. Safe and convenient and walking distance to transport and shops. Staff was excellent. Absolutely loved the stay and would like to thank everyone at the hotel.

Great place to stay if you have kids. Close to the aquarium, railway museum, and a big park suitable for kids all ages. The park has great cherry blossom, which is a nice surprise. It seems like a family spot on weekends for locals, as I observed on Sat & Sun. The room is not big but decent sized for Japan, clean and comfortable, the free public bath is great too. It’s not walking distance to busy shopping areas and restaurants, though had a family Mart and Starbucks. It is 1 station away from Kyoto station so still considered accessible.

Appreciated the top 6th floor overlooking Kyoto Tower with Umekoji park view on my right and the children play downstairs at elementary school grounds too! The convenience store and Starbucks next by also!
