JR East Hotel Mets Yokohama Sakuragicho

I stayed 11 days while visiting family and every time I came back my room was done the same as the first day. Housekeeping changed my duvet cover every day and gave me fresh towels. I’ve stayed in many hotels around the world and I can honestly say this was the best experience ever. When I come back to visit I will stay there again.

Staffs are nice and helpful. Good services. Hotel is next to the Sakuragicho station. Location is very convenient. Hotel provide free coffee and tea, basic daily cleaning product. Also, free to use microwave. For booking breakfast, free of charge for young kid.

I highly recommend hotel METS Sakuragicho. This hotel has excellent accesses to many of the popular destinations around Yokohama/ Minatomirai area. I’ve been a repeat user of METs in several different locations. I stay at some other 5 star hotels as well but I often prefer the simplicity of the services METs hotels provide. Hospitality is there when you need it, but you don’t need to go through it if you don’t need any. I booked 2 rooms for 4 of us with two children, and the price was reasonable. If you have young ones, you can get by with one room. If you are looking for a minimal stay with a clean space to sleep, I highly recommend METs.

We only stayed here for one night but wow the room size is great! The bathroom is spectacular! So easy to bathe my little toddler with the bathtub and the shower head. Also the amenities they provide for free at the reception - bath salts, facial wash, Moisturizing lotions.. super great! Close to Sakuragicho station too!
